These terms explain how LocalLens can be used, how monthly billing works, and what businesses and agencies should expect around support, cancellations, and service updates.
Paid access, renewals, and plan changes follow the billing terms shown inside the account.
Cancellation timing, access windows, and refund expectations are stated directly instead of buried in vague copy.
The service is for legitimate business use and may restrict activity that creates operational, legal, or security risk.
You may use LocalLens to run scans, review saved reports, compare campaigns, manage workspace settings, and export reporting data for legitimate business use. You are responsible for account activity, the data you submit, and keeping your login credentials secure.
Paid plans renew on the billing schedule shown in the account. A plan change, failed payment, or cancellation can affect scan limits, export access, historical reporting, and related paid features after the applicable billing period ends or the subscription becomes inactive.
You can cancel before the next renewal to stop future billing. Unless local law requires otherwise, charges already applied for the current billing period are not prorated or refunded, and access normally continues through the end of that paid period.
Do not misuse the service, interfere with other users, attempt unauthorized access, or submit content that breaks the law. We may limit or suspend accounts that create legal, operational, or security risk for the service or its users.
Support is available through the support page and the published support email address. We can update these terms as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page and may also be communicated through account or billing emails when appropriate.
